Nylon BCF, the full name of Expanded Continuous Filament, is made from PA6 nylon chips through expansion and deformation to form fluffy and curly filaments. It is the core raw material for commercial carpets. The product has advantages such as high wear resistance, high resilience, non-shearing and non-melting, and resistance to mold and pests, which are superior to polypropylene and polyester BCF fibers. It is classified into four types based on function: conventional natural color, liquid dyeing, flame retardant, and anti-stain modification. The conventional specifications are mostly in the range of 1000 to 8000 dtex, suitable for different density tufting processes. The spinning of liquid color mother powder is fixed in the source, with excellent color fastness, and is widely used in hotels, office buildings, home decoration carpets, and is also the mainstream material for car floor mats and welcome floor mats. Over 70% of global commercial high-end carpets use nylon BCF as raw material.
