1. Color difference


Chromatic aberration is one of the key factors affecting the quality of colored yarn, and each link needs to be strictly controlled.


(1) It is best to use the same batch of raw cotton for dyeing, and use it without rewinding and rewinding;


(2) Carry out trial spinning of small samples, align the standard samples between batches, and accurately determine the mixing ratio of raw materials of different colors;


(3) The semi-finished products should be used first, and the sliver and back pattern should be used in a standardized manner to prevent the sliver from being wrongly drawn and pulled, and to avoid the wrong use of the spun yarn or the roving raw veil;


(4) The blending of cotton should be uniform. The head and tail cotton laps with large color difference should be spread or used in time, and the twist should be controlled evenly.


Evenly blending cotton to prevent color difference is the key to doing a good job of color spinning. Small batch production uses manual cotton blending, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Mechanical blending should be used for large batch orders, while manual mechanical blending is suitable for both large and small orders. After weighing according to the set ratio, it is put into mechanical blending. The factory can use the disc blending and renovated multi-silo cotton blender for baling, which improves the commonly used double-cleaning and double-carding process, which is energy-consuming, labor-intensive, and cumbersome.


2. There are flying flowers and flying fibers on the cloth


Flying flowers and flying fibers are the "cancers" of color spinning, which are easy to appear in winter, and have a great relationship with raw materials, varieties and workshop temperature and humidity. The main control measures are as follows.


(1) The management of cotton blending and the source must be well controlled. The flower mixing site must be strictly required not to be mixed together. Different colors and miscellaneous cotton should be avoided in the colored cotton. Special attention should be paid to the isolation of raw materials, and the connection between varieties should be cleaned. Inspection strength of raw materials.


(2) It is very important to strengthen the cleaning work in the production process, especially when the various crafts are renovated. Cleaning is mainly based on sticking, wiping, rolling and sucking. Blowing, beating and beating are strictly prohibited, so as not to transfer the fibers to the adjacent machine. Car washing and cleaning should be thorough.


(3) Rational use and management of rework, including production rework and laboratory rework.


(4) Implement 6S on-site management, namely sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, and safety. All kinds of containers should be cleaned in place; semi-finished products must be covered with wrapping cloth, and spare rovings should be placed in special places and boxes; spun yarns should also be covered with clean cloth;


(5) Do a good job of isolation between machines. Starting from the drawing process, each machine should have separate isolation measures during operation. According to the air flow direction in the workshop, the machines are reasonably arranged according to the variety and color system. For color-sensitive varieties, it is advisable to install the foreign fiber removal function on the machine, and the electric clearing parameters should be reasonable, and the bobbins should be packed in plastic bags and transported to the packaging workshop in time.


3. Color neps, neps


Obvious neps is an important quality indicator that needs to be effectively controlled. (1) Select raw cotton with moderate fineness, good maturity, high single fiber strength and less short staple as raw materials.


(2) The cotton is matched according to the requirements of the variety. For high-quality yarns, two carding can be used; for varieties with high color knot requirements, some color cottons are mixed with raw sliver or even fine mesh; The difference between the strips should not be too large. The optimal color ratio of the color strips and cotton should be controlled at about 50% to avoid the appearance of color strips and black and white bundles.


(3) The equipment is in good condition, especially the carding process. Each machine must have the same process. The difference in the amount of carding waste between each machine is controlled within 0.5%. Long cause the phenomenon of cotton neps.


(4) In the spinning process, due to the high short pile, it is necessary to optimize the drafting components and process to reduce neps.


4. Change the box and clean


The cleaning measures for different varieties of color-spun yarns are a matter of experience. There are many blowing units, and the pipes and passages are not easy to clean and thoroughly. The following measures can be adopted.


(1) Wash the car with white chopper flower, about 10 kg. The washed chopper flower should be arranged in a similar color as possible. The chopper flower can be used for car washing next time, and the color chopper is stored in the warehouse. When washing the car, if the ingredients are very different, such as cotton to full chemical fiber varieties, it needs to be washed several times to clean the car, and it is required to be meticulous.


(2) According to the color system or requirements of the variety, it is the key to prevent flying flowers when washing the car. Wash the car with a white chopper, and then run off the empty car. Ordinary varieties will do, and varieties with large contrast need to be more careful.


5. The problem that the top roller aprons are dyed


The color spinning will dye the top roller aprons during drafting, and the following situations exist.


(1) Enterprises that also do color spinning, in the entire production process, when there are one or several production lines for color spinning varieties, a set of special top roller aprons cleaning flannel should be configured separately. If they specialize in color spinning varieties, Special cleaning should be done on the top roller apron.


(2) There is no problem with the varieties with similar colors, and the top roller aprons generally do not need to be changed, so try to change between varieties with similar colors as much as possible, mainly to prevent flying flowers, which will also improve the efficiency; if the color difference is large, not only It is required to be thoroughly cleaned, and at the same time, it is necessary to clean the top roller apron before it can be used on the car. Generally, it can be carried out in combination with the cycle of the flat car.
