1. The quality of the masterbatch. Since polypropylene itself cannot be dyed, it is appropriate to add color masterbatch during spinning to produce excellent yarn. However, the color difference caused by the quality of the masterbatch is not rare. The color masterbatch itself is not uniform, and the existence of continuous knives and agglomeration will now cause color difference. The measures taken are to check the condition of the pelletizer frequently, so that the produced masterbatches are formed into slices of uniform size.


2. Temperature. The temperature of polypropylene filament in the spinning process is also a major cause of color difference. Because the melting point of polypropylene itself is not high, in the spinning process, it must be ensured that the spinning temperature is higher than 60° of the solubility of polypropylene itself in order to better produce colored yarns. But because the spinning temperature is very sensitive to the color. This requires the technicians of Dr. Yarn to control the spinning temperature for dyed yarns of different colors.


3. Drafting deformation. People are skeptical that "drawing deformation" will cause chromatic aberration, and it is generally considered impossible. However, it is very common from the perspective of customers. The measures taken are to ensure consistency in every bit of oiling, selection of deformers and generation of tension, which effectively controls chromatic aberration.


4. The effect of stretching temperature. The draft temperature is very important. The temperature should be controlled above the glass transition temperature of 10 degrees to 20 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it will dissolve and cause the thread to break. Too low temperature will also lead to unsatisfactory filament and uneven color. According to the research, it is better to control the stretching temperature at 130°.
