    Different types of yarns have different properties and appearance styles to form fabrics. The basic characteristics of the yarn are the important characteristics and expressions of the yarn structure, which determine the appearance and internal quality of the yarn, and also affect the properties of the fabric.

1. Cotton yarn

According to the spinning system, it is divided into carded yarn, combed yarn and waste spinning.

Carded yarn

The fibers are not arranged neatly, the evenness is not uniform, the structure is soft and the hairiness is more. The woven fabric is plump in appearance, soft to the touch, comfortable to wear and has good heat retention.

combed yarn

The fibers are neatly arranged, evenly dry, compact in structure, and less hairy. The woven fabric has a compact structure, is smooth, smooth, and has good gloss.

waste spinning

It is spun from scraps or short piles, the yarn is thicker, and the evenness is poor. It is used to weave cotton blankets and other fabrics.

From the point of view of single yarn or strand weaving: cotton single yarn is soft and has many hairiness. The weaving fabric has a plump appearance, soft hand feeling and comfortable wearing. The structure of cotton strands is tight, the evenness of evenness is improved, the fabric structure is fine, the surface is smooth, smooth, firm and wear-resistant.

2. Wool yarn

3. Hemp yarn

According to the spinning system, there are long hemp spinning and short hemp spinning. Long hemp spinning can process finer yarns and is more useful. Ramie yarn is rigid, uneven, and has many hairiness. It is mostly woven with single yarn. The fabric is stiff and cool, and has a unique style of slub stripes.

According to the spinning system, there are long hemp spinning and short hemp spinning, as well as the difference between dry spinning and wet spinning. It is common for long hemp wet spinning, the yarn is fine, the yarn body is smoother, and it also has slub stripes. Most of them are made of single yarn, and the performance of the fabric is the same as that of ramie, but it is smoother.

4. Filament

Silk or chemical fiber filament, fine and uniform, no hairiness, good luster. Filament fabrics are soft, uniform, smooth and have good gloss.

5. Blended yarn

The different fibers are mixed and spun, so that they can complement each other, so that the yarn and fabric properties can be improved. Such as polyester-cotton blended yarn, cotton is soft and hygroscopic, polyester has high strength and good elasticity; polyester-cotton blended fabric is soft, hygroscopic, stiff, and easy to iron.

6. Fancy yarn

Enrich the color of the fabric, enhance the three-dimensional sense of the fabric, and change the surface state of the fabric. For example, the colored dot yarn makes the fabric rich in color and increases the liveliness; the terry thread enhances the three-dimensional sense of the fabric.

7. New yarn

Enrich the performance and style of fabrics. If the core spun yarn has different properties inside and outside, it has the properties of two kinds of fibers, and it can also be processed into burnt-out fabric. The network silk yarn is fluffy and soft, with full hand feeling, soft luster, and strong texture of the fabric. Air-flow yarn is soft, wear-resistant, and has strong dyeing power. It is mostly used in thick and thick fabrics, fleece fabrics and decorative fabrics.

5. Household products: towels, gloves, packaging tapes, elastic bands, bedding fillers, cushions, carpets, curtains, sofas, etc.;

6. Silk products: imitation silk, wrinkled silk, elastic silk, etc.;

Different from polyester low elastic yarn

Generally speaking, the difference between low-stretch yarn and high-stretch yarn means that when ordinary polyester is stretched, the second hot box of the texturing machine is low-stretch yarn, and if it is not opened, it is high-stretch yarn.
